Cancellation due to Visa:
- In case of visa rejection, Rs.15,000/- per head is non-refundable.
- In case a customer cancels his plan after Visa Acceptance and before paying 2nd Installment then Rs.50,000/- will be non-refundable.
- In any other cancellation case, a general cancellation policy will be applied.
General Cancellation Policy:
- Any cancellation more than 15 days prior to arrival results in 25% payment of the entire booking.
- Any cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival results in 50% payment of the entire booking.
- Any cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival results in 100% payment of the entire booking.
- Visa fee and visa related service charges as stipulated at the time of booking shall be deemed non-refundable.
- To apply for a visa, applicants need to personally visit Anatolia Travel Services office for visa application submission.
- Visa is subject to the decision of the relevant embassy, and we don’t take any responsibility or liability of the embassy’s decision.
- Any change in fixed departure date; is subject to external factors; i.e change in flight schedules, flight routes, security concerns etc. and not limited to the stipulated reasons; further- more company will not bare any responsibility of change in schedule i.e departure date; caused due to unforeseen reasons.
- Meals and transport in relation to all plans are subject to local standards and shall be delivered to the best of our understanding, while keeping in line with the budget allocation of each plan and company doesn’t take any responsibility or liability in case
- Airline and Hotel Cancellation policy is applicable.
